TERMS: At present, the Family Life Center (FLC) is open to events for church members and their families. Area schools and non-profit organizations can request use of the FLC for events (school dances not included). SETUP NOTICE: If extra time is needed for decorating or "setup" please make sure extra days are reserved in order to allow time. Never assume the building is not in use. MEMBER/FAMILY CHARGES & FEES - Peace Haven does not charge church members and their families for use of the facility. AREA SCHOOLS & ORGANIZATIONS CHARGES & FEES - A Donation is preferred (but not required) when the facility is being used by area schools and organizations unless otherwise instructed, in some cases donations have came via providing food for our community food pantry. SUNDAY NOTICE: Events/appointments on Sunday can only be scheduled after 12:30PM. WEDNESDAY NOTICE: Event/appointments on Wednesday cannot be scheduled AFTER 5PM. NOTE: Conditions are subject to change without notice and events may be subject to Elder approval before being officially scheduled. All wishing to use the facility must read and understand the FLC guidelines located here. Failure to follow guidelines may results in a suspension of FLC usage for the appointed individual and additional cleaning charges depending on the post event condition of the dining room and gym. FOR PROFIT EVENTS: "For profit events" by "for profit" organizations and entities are strictly prohibited. SCHEDULING: Never assume the facility is not in use!
