The Byrd Ridge Crisis Center is located in the Peace Haven Baptist Church Family Life Center building at: 737 Byrd Ridge Road, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659. Byrd Ridge Crisis Center provides food to those in need in Wilkes and surrounding counties. Clients are seen by appointments only. At this time we cannot accept financial/monetary assistance requests.
The crisis center is not affiliated with any government organization and is led by the Peace Haven Local Outreach Team. The ministry is supported by donations from individuals and churches of Wilkes County. Thank you for your support!
The Food Pantry is open on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday's of each month. All clients MUST have an appointment scheduled.
Need an appointment for food assistance?
We make scheduling an appointment easy for everyone. We have a simple form at the bottom of this page that can be filled out to make an appointment. If someone does not have access to the internet or the form, they can still call (336-818-9231) and we will add them manually if we have available appointments. Clients can make appointments from the Tuesday morning before we are open until 5:00pm, the 1st and 3rd week of each month.
